I got the standard, listed on the sign. The standard price that is advertised will not get your car clean INSIDE, just outside. They will upgrade you to the +$15 vynil wipe, be aware it is difficult to get the standard service, they will say it's not worth it. Then why sell it? Helping my friend sell her car so I took it to get washed. I was so impressed with the effort of the team at silver water. The car was quite messy and they did an amazing job without trying to upsell me to a more expensive service. Would highly recommend.

I booked the Mini Detail, $190 for this? Finger marks and smudges everywhere, missed a spot on the back of my passenger seat, didn’t even look like they vacuumed. I don’t ever write bad reviews but this has to be brought to the attention. Don’t go here, absolute rip offs. I don’t mind paying the money, but when the jobs shit and half done, that’s when I’m pissed off. 0/10

Extremely disappointed. I took my daughter’s car to Silverwater Car Wash at Highpoint and paid $89 for it to be cleaned. For that price, I expected the car to come back properly cleaned and looking fresh. The tyres were still dirty, the interior was poorly cleaned, stains were still visible, and there was absolutely no fresh, clean feeling about the car when I picked it up. I paid for the silver level service, but I didn't realise that the silver service finished in the interior of the car. Instead the exterior was treated to the wet wash, without the wet or wash. Unfortunately, they also forgot my scented Xmas tree, which turned me into the Grinch on the way home as I'd not originally noticed.
