I paid for the silver level service, but I didn't realise that the silver service finished in the interior of the car. Instead the exterior was treated to the wet wash, without the wet or wash. Unfortunately, they also forgot my scented Xmas tree, which turned me into the Grinch on the way home as I'd not originally noticed.
Excellent service and attention to detail. The team did a fantastic job — my car came out spotless inside and out. Staff were friendly, efficient, and took real care with the finish. Pricing was fair for the quality of work. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a proper hand car wash

Totally ruined a brand new car that was bought a month ago. I did a ceramic coating from the dealership. This was the first car wash and they wiped the car down with poor quality microfiber which damaged the paint. I was shocked and frustrated. the dude I spoke to denied any and all damage caused by them and blamed me for the condition of the car. Good work but sometimes can be better instead of just chucking and placing things unthinkably but apart from that all round service but some the workers need to take some consideration and mind their quality work as I’ve seen other customers on here not so happy but overall very good
