Silvertree owners show no respect for the seniors who reside here. You pay your rent one month and the water gets shut off. There are two elevators in each building, there has been one elevator located at the 817 madison street address that has been out of service for two months because corporate has not yet signed off on the paperwork to repair it. Hate it
We had no water from 9-5 yesterday than no hot water all night emergency mantinance would not do anything till next day. Wrong seniors should be treated with some respect.
