I would like to apologize to silvertree senior Apts for my last review. I would like to thank management personnel for the actions taken on a serious matter I was having with a tenant, I was very upset, I hope this matter gets taken care of very soon
My 80 year old father applied and was called on a Wednesday to say he was approved and given a move in date, the following monday was scheduled for Silvertree to do a home Inspection at his current residence which he loved at for 8 yrs, he is handicap with an artificial leg and was bed bound for almost a year, i cleaned his home top to bottom and they cancelld the home visit at the last minute and came the next day, only to be very rude, abrupt, sarcastic, making comments about his blinds not being up to date which is his ap... read more
