The rules in public housing for a reason if you don't live there you don't belong there this is a safety issue what was the people that are living with a senior citizen are of bad behavior issues no one wants that so if Jamestown Apartments are not allowing tennis to live in the building that do not belong there they shouldn't force it and get the senior citizen thrown out because like I said before it's a safety issue

I have experience with this place for about 5 years now. It is horrible. They tell you they want you to feel like this is your home, but once you are here it is complete opposite. The rules here are ridiculous. I showed the lease to someone who understands law and they said the lease is full of things that are not enforceable, but because they are in there, management and corporate doesn't make it easy. I had to move out because of my dog barking. Now there won't let me come back . Saying I broke my lease. I didn't ! My dog is older now 6 and don't bark as much. I always paid my rent on time and kept the place clean.

Silver Tree Seniors of Jamestown helped me to receive an accessible apartment that I truly needed for my physical and mental health! Kathryn was always professional, caring, and kind. She kept me apprised of every aspect of the process and where we were within that process. Kathryn also strived to be sure every inch of my apartment was perfect! I am very grateful to be in a secure and safe living environment.
