I had to move out because of my dog barking. Now there won't let me come back . Saying I broke my lease. I didn't ! My dog is older now 6 and don't bark as much. I always paid my rent on time and kept the place clean.
Silver Tree Seniors of Jamestown helped me to receive an accessible apartment that I truly needed for my physical and mental health! Kathryn was always professional, caring, and kind. She kept me apprised of every aspect of the process and where we were within that process. Kathryn also strived to be sure every inch of my apartment was perfect! I am very grateful to be in a secure and safe living environment.
I have lived at Silvertree b4and moved to another Senior Housing within walking distance to Walmart, Wegmans, and pharmacies.Due to family emergency I had to move. Now that the "dust has settled " I'm back with Silvertree. Staff is so courteous and respectful of the Senior population. Everything is maintained beautifully and promptly, and the application process was so easy. I'm so glad I'm back! Now that I have another Senior Housing to compare it to, I didn't appreciate just how fabulous Silvertree is.
Nice open kitchen ! Room to move around.
