Great experience and fast communication working with Rich at Silvertown Motors. It's comforting to buy local, but he was very helpful during the process & after the process with any of my follow-up questions. I tossed my business logo on a few weeks later & can't wait to take this thing to jobs with me!
Rich, at Silvertown Motors & Trailers, was extremely easy to work with. Because I was coming in from 90 minutes away, he coordinated the inspection and developed paperwork so that I was in and out quickly. He even came in on a Sunday so i could come after church and not have to take a day off from work. Picked up a beautiful quality 5x8 enclosed trailer, and can't be more happy with it. Hassle free... super informative about everything related to the trailer, even had spare tires for sale. Will recommend for anyone looking. Rich was a great guy to deal with!!!! A+
I bought an equipment trailer from Rich at Silvertown Motors & Trailers. He had the best price around and I traveled over 2 hours to get it. He didn't have it in stock, but got it directly from Bwise in about a week. So if you need something that isn't on his website, reach out to him and see if he can get it for you. Great communication throughout the entire process as well.
Highly recommend. Great selection of trailers and very quick process with paper work. Get quoted and pickup next day with inspection already done upon pickup just walk in and out for dmv. Could have been any easier. Very understanding and knowledgeable about product. Will be definitly recommend to others and much more buissness in the future.
