I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I brought my 65-inch Sony Bravia TV in for repair, and after paying for a diagnosis, I was told the issue was due to the black lights. I authorized the parts to be ordered, but during the repair, they damaged the screen. Later, they claimed the problem was not with the black lights, but with the screen itself. I call repeatedly and nobody even answers the phone. After reading these reviews, I’m guessing that’s a good thing. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thanks… but no thanks.

Brought my VHS/DVD player to be repaired. As the dvd door wouldn't open back in Aug. /23. Repaired. Received Sept. 15/23. Brought back in Oct 2/23 for the same thing. Apparently, my machine was sent to Niagara falls store. I still haven't heard any info. Today's date: Nov. 23/23, on the problem. No one returns my calls. I keep on leaving messages. I don't understand what the problem is with businesses like this. Very unhappy customer☹️
