18 years.. No longer a customer A few years down the road from my initial glowing review, I've had to come back and, sadly, edit our 3 year old review from 5 stars to 1. A couple of years back there was a change in management and try as we might to give them the benefit of the doubt, it's been one costly issue after the other. Silverton Road Automotive is Awesome My dad has used Silverton Road Automotive for years and has wonderful service from them. They are really great about being flexible with drop off and pickup times and their work is top notch. We just moved back to Salem area and will be using Silverton Road Automotive if anything needs repaired that I cant do at home.
Car repair I have used this service several times over the last several years. They have saved me money and done excellent work. One instance was a costly repair recommended by the mechanic at the dealer. I took my car to Silverton Road and the owner checked out my car, found that the dealer's mechanic was in error, and saved me a bundle of money! I have found all the mechanics to be knowledgeable and thorough.
Can't find anything bad to say. I know out in the marketplace its hard to find mechanics you can trust. Do I really need that extra thing done or are they just trying to make a buck? With Silverton Road Automotive you don't have to feel that way. My family has been cars fixed by them for years, and they are always upfront and never try to over charge you.
