Easy experience getting a car. Tyoical dealership wait with all the paperwork Update: After a month this needed to be updated. When we purchased the car, we requested that the plates and registration be shipped to us due to the distance, which we were told was no problem. Called 2 and a half weeks after the purchase to inquire about the plates and were told they had been shipped out. We waited until the expiration date of the temp tags, and they never came. Called and was promised a call back in 20 minutes, which never came.... read more
This place was great! My grandpa, and Uncle took me car shopping and I found a car at Silverton Motors. Upon arrival, I was met with amazing service, and the people there had no issues moving cars or assisting me with my car shopping. Needless to say, I ended up getting my car, it was a smooth and easy buying experience.
