Absolutely awesome. Super helpful and smooth process
Dawn Miller is excellent at her communication skills, she supplied me with updates on a regular basis and was always available for questions when needed. She is the best in the business and has never let me down!
Casey Caplin was exceptional. He maintained open communication with me and with our clients, and made sure all parties to the transaction were in the loop at all times. We had a situation that altered the funding program, but Casey made sure nothing fell through the cracks. I was very pleased with working with Casey and Silverton Mortgage.
If you are reading this review, it's fair to assume you are considering using this mortgage company . Do yourself the a favor....use another company! This will save you time and money. Communication is very poor. They don't follow-up on anything. I found myself reaching out to them several times to get next steps and/or status checks on my loan process.
