Do not use this company, they are not trustworthy. Doug replaced my car windshield in November 2025. I thought all was well until I ran my car through the car wash on May 19, 2026. My car was raining inside, which I videoed and sent via text to Doug along with the receipt he gave me to verify service. He responded saying he would look at his schedule. 3 months after taking my deposit, my windows had not been ordered. I asked for a refund, he claimed he had paid it to the supplier. He had not. I stood on the street holding a sign stating he had defrauded me of my money for an hour and he finally refunded me. For the love of Pete, do not give this man your money.

Please don’t go here, Doug owes money all over town. He stole our window down payment. We first tried to get windows through silverton glass in july, by October we had had enough and tried to get our money back. When I went in he didn’t even have the money to cover the down payment. Two weeks later I called and he didn’t remember we were done with him and gave me the oh the windows are on a truck line again. I can only assume he owes so many people money he can’t remember everyone.
4 weeks ago, I ordered 2 pieces of glass to cover small endtables. After multiple promises and multiple excuses, the glass is still not ready for pick up.
