I lived in Silverton Apartments for 3 years and it was wonderful!!!
I made a booking with Silverton and had to cancel as we were identified as close contacts, and the other guests traveling with us had Covid. Even if we wanted to come the state government wasn’t allowing us entry without a RAT which were sold out across SA. I made an Enquiry with the property via booking.com to let them know with as much notice as possible. I got an email back advising me I would receive the refund of the amount (minus the deposit).
