Great place to be on the river. John Wilke is Amazing property Manger . Friendly neighbors and close to downtown.
Love my ground floor apartment overlooking the Clark Fork River. Downtown Missoula's a short drive; it's walkable on a nice day. My apartment is cozy and pretty.
The apartment is very clean and all appliances are updated. The manager, John Wilkes, is a very accommodating and caring professional. Kurt, the maintenance supervisor, is great at fixing concerns timely. They have been there for every issue I've had to work with me and resolve any problem. Love this place! It does have thin walls and ceilings but for the most part, I now have considerate neighbors. They recently updated landscaping and cut the trees plus in the winter, snow removal is done early in the morning by an awesome... read more
