Took the body shop almost a year to get my suv in to repair damage. Not because parts was on backorder but because no one told me my parts was in. I called and checked a few different times but no one seemed to know anything and never called me back. Once I was notified parts was there I took my vehicle in to find out not all the parts had been ordered so they ordered the parts and as soon as all the parts was there took suv back in to be fixed.
