What a joke. Got a covid test here - website claims I should get my results within 3 days or to email them if not. Well it’s now been 10 days- I’ve sent 3 emails, tried calling twice, absolutely no response. Ridiculous. What a poorly run organization
The stupidest place I’ve ever been to. I took a test waited four days stayed on hold for hours, finally got a hold of someone after days of trying to get my test results. I tested positive and I need proof for my job so I could stay home and quarantine instead of going to work. They said they would update my account…it’s been another four days and I still can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve email multiple times called and waited called and put myself on a call list.
