I met Jill on a whim. I needed a haircut because my old barber moved so I went to Bottle And Barlow where she was working and she did my hair and I was extremely impressed. She was extremely friendly and funny and made me feel comfortable. I never looked back! 11 years later I have followed her from shop to shop wherever she goes. Terrible haircut - not sure where all the great reviews come from. She did exactly the OPPOSITE of what I asked her to do with my hair. Gave me one of the worst haircuts I've ever had, and to top it off charged me $5 more than the posted price for haircuts. I regret going to her, but fortunately hair does grow out. I wouldn't go to her if she gave haircuts away for free. Zero stars.

Jillian is the best barber I’ve ever had. It’s no exaggeration. What makes her good is that she listens carefully to what you want and delivers! It’s only a bonus that she is a kind and friendly person that I enjoy talking to. I highly recommend her and her unmatched barbering skills.
