Bought a roof panel system. Thought I was getting a to-spec architectural product. Nothing was cut: they expect customer to cut the metal because, they say: "What if our workers cut it too short?" Well then, don't cut it too short! Also was missing a key "starter" piece and I had to bring this very heavy material back for reconfiguration (during a quarantine and via uber). Ended up with lots of extra pieces and 10 excessive linear feet of copper flashing, which of course I had paid for, and copper ain't cheap. Can't they mea... read more

Sloppy workmanship! Price doubled when I actually ordered. Thought we were getting a to-spec architectural product, a roof panel system. Nothing was cut. They expect customers to cut the metal because, they say: "What if our workers cut it too short?" Amazing excuse! The contractor spent hours trying to figure out how it goes together until realizing we weren't given the essential "starter" piece, and I had to schlep back (via cab during a lockdown).
