Was told the car i was purchasing was in very good condition for the year. Less then a week later it needed a transmission. They did pay half(omvic has said they should have paid it all). But the issues didn't stop there. Pictures show it should never have passed a safety. All said the repairs have cost more then the purchase price.
Khalid was super helpful in helping me find a good car for a great price and continued to be helpful even after I had bought the car when I needed my tires balanced.
Fast, transparent and personal service. I inquired on a vehicle to be shipped to my location. They fully disclosed a potential issue that I would have noticed in-person, as I would be buying "sight unseen". This honest disclosure was done despite the issue potentially nixing the sale. They have earned my trust.

Great place to look for a vehicle. I didn't feel any pressure while looking around the lot but when I had questions Felix was close by and ready to help. I had one small issue crop up roughly two weeks after purchase and they took care of it for me right away, no hassle whatsoever. I will definitely recommend Silverstone to friends and family.
