April the manager is a amazing person and a hard worker .and I have no bad things to say I personally apreciate her and Silverstone lite motel .thank u for helping me and for ur services and helping me keep safe and out of the cold winter elements .I am so grateful for a nice bed a roof over my head and everything that comes with being cozy warm and safe and happy .hugs and luv God bless
This review is specifically about the manager April. She has a drinking problem and it is affecting her ability to be a leader. If their is a problem to address like noise disturbance, transient traffic at all hours, car prowling, domestic violence, drug use, theft, etc. she doesn't do what a manager should do which is to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for guests. Staff can be rude didint have rooms due to a fire that they had they don't take cash only card
New review the problems we had the motel made hood on by sending me s cashiers check to make up for what money was wrongly taken. They also had a professional plumbing company come in and take care of the bathroom issues.but still I'd be a bit worried about staying here again I don't knowc1st impressions say a lot to me.
