They booked me in to test drive a car (their cars are advertised as viewing by booking only), only to arrive after a 1hr drive and discover they are negotiating the sale with someone else. They still offer me to test drive the car, and I like it, but they message me during the test drive that the car has been sold.
Soooooo happy with my new car! Silverstone were so good…I dealt with both Val and Ryan and they were so incredibly professional, patient, helpful and genuine! They fully delivered on every promise they made and were always contactable with any questions I had. The car is immaculate with a full book, they serviced the transmission and did a regular service for me too! I can’t recommend these guys and this dealer highly enough! 10/10 in every way

I purchased a car from this dealer in February 2025 and immediately had issues, I had to return the vehicle the next day because it wouldn’t start, they replaced the battery and it seemed to work ok however in May it started having a rough idle all of the sudden and the engine started making a loud noise and spitting oil throughout the engine.
