So I have had issues with a claim and was told about Public Adjusters. I googled it and SPIA came up. The website says 24/7 Emergency service. I gave this 2 stars because at least they answered. In reading the site it sounded like you call them and they send someone out and start working on this claim and you don't need to do too much. The gentleman who answered told me I need to call my agent to ask about certain coverage and then call all the contractors and then call Allstate........
