My entire family has been going to Dr. Silverstein for over 25 years. We've never been disappointed with our treatment. We are treated like family. Dr. Silverstein asks about my children; how and what they're doing. He and his nurse practitioners spend a lot of time with us during our visits. We've never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes before being called back. He and his medical crew are top notch. I'd recommend him to everyone.
I've never had a better primary care doctor and I'm 70 years old. My health had deteriorated because of bad habits and not taking care of myself. Dr. Silverstein put me on the path to healthy living and I feel great at 70. He takes the time to explain what he does and why . His staff is caring and friendly. Thanks Doc.
If I could give 0 stars right now I would. Lately my experience has been horrible with this office. I use to enjoy coming here, but this is the last straw. I signed in at 910 for a 920 appointment. Its 1021. Why haven't I been seen? No ems is here. What is holding up the doctor? Also I keep having to see different practitioners everytime. I hate that.
