This morning I had my first visit with Alice Moore, CRNP. She did a very thorough exam and took her time explaining my concerns and health issues. I’m so glad my friends recommended this office! I’m confident that I’m on a good path now. I highly recommend Ms. Moore.
The Drs are great here, and the staff has gotten much better at returning calls. My only issue is I feel the medical assistants are not friendly and lack customer service skills.
This is my personal experience with this doctor. I do not recommend him. He ruined my life by his mistake of putting hardware in my leg too tight and causing my achilles to rip in half, and there is nothing I can do about it because somehow it's my fault.. After the surgery, I went to recovery, and the two ladies were helping me put on my clothes. They told me to stand. I told them I had just woken up from recovery and had surgery on my Achilles.
