My biggest mistake was using Afrin for almost 4 months and developed rebound congestion. Went to urgent care to get steroids to manage the weening off Afrin, and was told to see this guy. I had taken those steroids and it became brutal going thru taking those steroids. Went back to urgent care to see if that I was having heart problems because of the steroid with some difficulty with shortness of breath. Found out I’m good and to lower the dose of steroids. If you want to be treated with zero compassion Dr.Abdo is the doctor for you. First of all, on the best note for fairness - the receptionist was kind. I was asked why I was there by the nurse and I stated my swollen lymph nodes in my neck had not gone away and in fact another node swelled on the other side of my neck. Since I had been a previous patient of this practice with a different doctor, they could see the concern of the lymph nodes in my chart noted about two years ago.
