I recently had my carpets cleaned with SilverStar Carpet Cleaning. They were accommodating (came on Sunday), friendly, well priced and did a professional job. I would recommend.
Set up an appointment a few weeks ago, called him a week out to make sure we were good to go and he said we were good see you at 11am on July 9th. Needless to say he wasn’t here at 11:30 so I tried to call him and his phone kept going straight to voicemail. Needless to say I left him a voicemail saying I’ve hired another company, not even a phone call to say sorry man this or that happened, wouldn’t recommend this company
This is my first time using truck mounted carpet steaming cleaning. Steve, he did a good job on those stains, and got rid of the bad smells as well. Impressive. Price is great, it’s so much more worth it than renting a cleaning machine at Home Depot.
