I ordered from them and on the day I received my order, reached out to request return information, this was in January. To date I have not received a response. The earrings are not what I expected, very small. If I could rate them a zero, I would. Don't trust them,
Possible Fraud on my account. My debit was emptied of 800 plus dollars. Online at ebay store. Trying to reach him directly; always not available. Be cautious is my advice of ebay stores. I trusteded you silverspect.. new to ebay, I indeed was vulnerable to become a victim
The day I ordered a necklace from this company, I emailed and canceled the order a total of three times trying to stop shipping and asking for immediate refund. A week later, got email saying necklace had been shipped. Got no response from my emails!!
Nice jewelry and great service !!! I have only been disappointed one time and SilverSpeck gave me a credit for that item. Great selection and reasonable prices.
