I went snorkeling today. The pickup was on time, and the staff on the boat were absolutely friendly and nice. The snorkeling itself was beautiful, and the food was delicious. We had an absolutely incredible day with Silver Sonic Scuba and Snorkel Adventures in Port Douglas. From start to finish, their team was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to creating a safe and unforgettable experience. Wonderful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice location, easy to book, great boat itself. Food yummy and drink cheap. Hugely memorable day.
Boats over crowed, dives are too short (40- 50 mins and 1/2 a tank left each dive), DMs seem really disinterested and just swim the pattern without enjoyment, no point giving allergy information as they just ignore it anyway.
