Extremely rude via phone call.. hope other customers don’t experience this attitude when having to put a family pet down
Terrible customer service and manner. Built no rapport with dog, no treats, no pats. Made us feel like 2nd class citizens for not having a fixed home address Really unpleasant experience. Would not recommend
