Solid 5! Very professional conduct. Always kept the client up to date with when repairs would be finished and even dropped the car off at the rental company for a seamless process.
I have had need of Silvers on many occasions. They are very professional, reliable, courteous and trustworthy. Nothing is too much trouble. Tony is a great communicator and his team is the same. Pleasant to deal with, no fuss no difficulties. I have been back a couple of times with minor issues and nothing is too much trouble. I asked Tony about a rub mark on a car they had not worked on, and Tony dropped what he was doing and took it to one of his detailing tradesman and buffed the mark out... no charge.
We have been to Silvers several times over the years and already knew what a friendly, customer oriented and professional family business they are. We had no hesitation in asking the tow truck driver to take our new car to Silvers after it was hit and badly damaged by a driver who failed to give way to the right. Because multiple parts had to shipped from overseas we knew it would take time for the repairs to be completed, but Silvers were very quick to identify and order all the required parts.
