I've purchased jewelry from them on two ocassions and they were great to deal with. A good experience in a jewelry store, especially compared to other places that were very snooty. Silvers is a good place to shop.
Excellent, personalized service that is not overpriced and the staff are not pretentious! I needed a jeweler to cut rings off my fingers after they swelled from medication. I called 6 other jewelers, and all wanted ridiculous fees (upwards of $75) for the service, and many didn't have a jeweler on-site that could do it the same day.
