—Silver’s Auto Service is Asheville’s best-kept secret. Family-owned, warm, and unbelievably accommodating. I came in for service, and they went above and beyond—friendly smiles, no rush, even helped me sort out a small thing I hadn’t noticed. They treated me like family, not just another customer. Prices are honest, work’s top-notch, and the vibe? Like stepping into a shop where people actually care.
I can't recommend this place highly enough! It felt like I had a family member that owned the shop. I have a 10yo Prius covered in hail damage with 200,000 miles on it. My daughter just got her license so I gave her the car knowing it was safe and that it wouldn't be a big deal if got a few scrapes and bruises. Well, it did. While pulling into a parking lot, the front end bumped the ground hard enough to prevent the hood latch from fully engaging (the safety latch still worked). Wow - can’t say enough good things about these guys - specifically I worked with Dylan - got me in earlier than my appointment for the free estimate and was kind , professional from the start. We discussed options and when I asked if it would be in a certain price range he said no, probably about half of that. He could have said yes and I would have paid the bill. It’s hard to find honest shops anymore and I know I’ll be coming back for any body repair needs. Thank you thank you
