So happy to have found such a trustworthy and reliable auto shop. Every person I spoke to at their shop (even someone at their new Leicester hwy location over the phone) was incredibly kind and more than willing to help. My driver-side mirror was clipped by an asheville city bus and a client at the nail salon that I was parked at recommended Silver's Auto, and I could not be more grateful. I have had 2 fender benders in 1 year (neither one my fault). After the first one, I contacted Dylan at Silvers. He is very kind, honest, and polite. Silvers did a great job! So when the second incident happened, the other drivers’ insurance co. said that if I used their preferred shop, they would guarantee it for a year and fix anything that they messed up. Just had an amazingly positive experience at Silver's. Based on recommendations I had read on Next Door, I stopped in to get an estimate on some minor body damage to my bumper. Dylan was not only able to fix it in minutes at no charge, but he alerted me to a more concerning electrical issue in one of my fog lights that had been overlooked or possibly even caused when I had the car serviced recently at my dealership (who are now going to rectify the problem). First this shop has been in the same family since it started in the early 60's. They're not some big corporation that's all about profit numbers! They're just good people making an honest living by being fair and doing excellent work. I highly recommend them! Update! I took a different vehicle to them last week and yes they took very good care of it at a very fair price!
