This has to be one of the most unprofessional, most immature company I have ever worked for. My father had passed away and his funeral landed on my first day. I asked to leave early to attend his funeral and my manager TERESA PARTAIN said it was okay. The next day, I clock in on time and Teresa tells me that I'll be training and that she had to make a phone call. Driver waited until the pickup time to call and said he was going to be 7 minutes late and I went outside, he didn't show up for another 20 minutes. Paid extra to be 30 minutes late
Good service for people who need it, but horrible as a driver who has to deal and work with Marta who is rude and unprofessional. No communication from Silver staff and Marta if you can get them on the phone.
