Dispatchers at this company are really bad in the SF market. They are highly incompetent and rude! They don’t have a clue of how to manage drivers and they don’t communicate with each other creating chaotic situations for drivers. Their manager was not too far behind either. She would make promises she couldn’t keep, and didn’t even know how to leave a voicemail message for important information! They don’t have solid structure and lack training. The issues with SilverRide extend beyond just the pay and app experience. Their lack of transparency and communication is alarming. After completing rides, crucial information about your completed trips vanishes, leaving you without a clear record of your work. This makes it difficult to track your earnings or even prove your activity. Furthermore, the constant requirement for drivers to submit photos of themselves and their vehicles daily is excessive and intrusive. I had to unsubscribe from the emails. I got an email from them that I was to get on to the training site for quizzes, Lessonly. After over an hour, everytime I thought I was through with the quiz, another module would pop up and just another 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes. Then I was to answer queries re my liking Mexicans, skin color, my political preferences! IAT something. I unsubscribed. I only wanted part time, 30 hrs was a bit much.
