Just used SilverRide the first time this afternoon from hospital to home. Scheduling was easy. They contacted the medical facility directly, the facility was very familiar with their service, I did not have to lift a finger. The driver showed up on time, was polite, and walked me to the door. Will use them again if the time comes.

Very poor service from the company, and terrible customer service. A bad idea for anyone who finds themselves within this company's orbit.

The main thing to note here is that Silver Ride charged me $52 for a1 mile ride! Go ahead and book them if that sounds reasonable to you...

Dispatchers at this company are really bad in the SF market. They are highly incompetent and rude! They don’t have a clue of how to manage drivers and they don’t communicate with each other creating chaotic situations for drivers. Their manager was not too far behind either. She would make promises she couldn’t keep, and didn’t even know how to leave a voicemail message for important information! They don’t have solid structure and lack training.
