We had a great experience working with Adam and Josh at Silverpoint. We chose their DIY option tailored for owners who are licensed contractors. While the process was long and came with its fair share of challenges, Adam and Josh were outstanding every step of the way. After talking to multiple home builders in the Pittsboro/Chapel Hill area, we were stunned to be unable to find a builder that was willing to build a home for under $750K - $1M. I guess everyone is a millionaire? 🤷♂️ We finally ended up finding a few builders, 2 stick built and 2 modular, that we considered, and ultimately chose Silverpoint.
