When trying to making a sale, they are great. When it comes to getting repairs completd due to their negligence, they are very unprofessional. They don’t return calls or emails. If they do, they do not show up as promised. Our home was built almost 3 years ago and we have been trying to get them to come out to fix things properly for 2 years. These are major errors that should have never been caused because they are the most imperative part of building these homes. The same people that built the house were sent back to “fix”... read more
