Went here to look at some for plans that could accommodate my mama in her old age. The People working here are very knowledgeable and competent. They worked together and seem to take real pride in their work. I recommend them and love how down to earth they are! Good people and good business. You can trust that they have your best interest at heart.
Great environment an friendly staff
Very satisfied with our Silver Point house, however after a few months we started getting water in our crawl space. The project manager was advised however nothing was done. He was told about this problem numerous times after a rain still no action. Pictures were provided and iI was recorded on the list of items to be corrected before our year was up. We had the very best experience with Silverpoint Homes. From the beginning they exceeded expectations. We started with a specific plan that we were interested in, the plan was above our budget, but Shannon, our sales rep sent a list of plans that fit our budget and met all our wants and needs.
