The technician was knowledgeable and informative. Did not try to over sale anything and had before and after pictures. Very pleased with the service. I wish the service fee could be applied to the additional work needed but that's just my opinion.

I called Silvernail last week on behalf of my elderly mother when she was having trouble with her AC. I was very impressed with Dillon, who helped get us scheduled right away over the phone, and especially with Thomas, who was our technician. They were both very professional, but what stood out most was how kind and patient Thomas was with my mother. Boyd was fantastic. He came right out , on time and fixed the problem . My only issue is that I was charged over $600 for an outside water faucet. Kind of feel like the Dept. of Defense paying outraged amounts for hammers ! I searched and couldn’t find a faucet on the planet for that amount of money. I got hosed….

Not only are they prompt, but they go above and beyond to not only do the work right; they show you every step. I was embarrassed how little I knew about taking care of my HVAC system, but without judgement they took the time to explain the system from start to finish and how important maintenance is. On top of all of that they offer a monthly subscription that will end up costing you way less a year than fixing it when it breaks. God forbid having to buy a new $12,000 system when calling a pro often enough can make it last ... read more
