We were very happy with our experience. The service from Yoon was excellent, and we are very happy with the quality of the jewelry.
We purchased some Karen Walker earrings for the school ball from this store in holiday and they broke 😭 (faulty join). We live a long way away (7 hours drive) and the ball was in 4 days. Kelsey came to our rescue and sorted another pair for us that arrived in 2 day 👍🏼👏👏, in time for the ball 💃🕺Super happy with their customer service and going the extra mile. Thank you Kelsey and Silvermoon for coming to the rescue PS KW your jewellery quality is questionable 🤨
My daughter and myself were in Silvermoon Riccarton today around after 4pm. My daughter asked one of the salesperson the price of a pair of earrings and if the shop has a solid gold available on that style. Then the salesperson answered my daughter this way: “the price of the solid gold earrings is more than $1,000. Is it within your budget? Can you afford it?”.
