Silvermark Memory Care in Plano, Tx The new owners & staff are wonderful. It was a nice place before but now the new owners are so involved & know each resident & the staff is amazing. This is the right place for your loved one. My mother has been here for 1.5 years & I am very thankful to have found this place.
After visiting and researching many senior living homes, we couldn’t have found a better place for my father-in-law. The staff is so kind and caring and the facility is very clean! They are so considerate of his dementia issues and treat him like family. He is very happy and content there!
Love the staff, they are friendly and out going! The care they provide to all of the residents is amazing and I would recommend to everyone!
I’m so grateful to have found Silvermark Memory Care. The quality of care is excellent and the team is very loving and nurturing. Mom is so happy there. I can’t imagine her being anywhere else. A big thank you to the owners of Silvermark for coming alongside our family and making this journey a lot easier.
I toured this facility through a senior location service. I was not impressed. The building is very old and it needs lots of updating. Furniture was soiled and obviously needed to be replaced, so it was covered with blue incontinent pads which was aesthetically displeasing. The staff didn't engage with the residents-they were just sitting whole the residents just sat with a TV on. There was no purpose for them. Several staff did not even speak English.
