Agency will not return calls, despite multiple message left. Continues to retain a $2200 credit and will not engage in any manner to discuss or provide a way to get a refund. This behavior is inexplicable. I've used this agency for years without issue.

Nightmare. SAFECO Redmond charges for auto increased. After 3 months I finally received an explanation was for a minor living at a home I sold and moved from in December 2023. I have a new policy their parent company put Into effect after my Bank investigation that resulted in August Sept Patients tobacco for Auto in full and issued the policy I currently am paying Liberty Mutual for. They have always been very friendly, prompt, and very helpful.
By far the worst insurance agent I've ever dealt with. Incredibly slow/non-existent responses. They made it actually harder to manage my policy than if I had gone directly through the Insurance Company, which is the exact opposite to what an Agent is supposed to provide. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
