I was contacted by this Collection Agency (by mail) approximately 4 years ago after not making several on-time Home Improvement Loan payments to Lafayette Federal Credit Union (LFCU). I never had an issue unitl today in which Ayanna was completely rude. She has a very demeaning attitude toward clients. I'm not sure of the need for aggression but it's certainly disrespectful.
This is the most blatantly disrespectful, unprofessional, trifling & frankly undeserving of employment staff in recent memory. And that’s really saying something. The receptionist is fine, but Ayanna (the rude account handler that they’ve passed me to twice now) has a particularly disgusting personality, will try to shame you & pressure you financially, raises her voice, and has no problem hanging up on you.
