This is the most blatantly disrespectful, unprofessional, trifling & frankly undeserving of employment staff in recent memory. And that’s really saying something. This office is extremely unprofessional. I gave 1 star because that's what I had to give to type this message. I called to pay in full an account that I take full responsibility for. I was put on hold on two different occasions by two different representatives of this place with no notice. No hold on, hold please, just asked for some information that was provided by myself & then hold music.
