This place is a scam they sale you a trailer after a few months the tracking device stops working and they take it back without calling you they are thieves trying to screw people over I own my company I have lots of respect for my work and I highly recommend not buying from them they will steal your money I can’t believe how greedy and shitty these people are
Terrible place to buy from! I bought a brand new 7x14 dump trailer from them and the battery was dead and could not recharge. I called them to have my warranty replace it and they did not want to deal with the process so they told me to buy a battery, send them the receipt and they would pay me back. It’s been 3 months and they have no paid me back and they are ignoring all my calls. Rawmaxx makes great trailers but Silverline trailers is nothing but a joke…We bought a dump trailer from them and upon inspection one of the lug nuts was cross threaded onto a wheel stud, so we asked for them to torque the wheels down properly and they brought a dewalt impact out and tried to send the cross threaded lug home and failed.The exact words they told us was take it to a local shop and we will venmo you for the repair if you send a picture of the receipt.so after driving 6 hours to come buy a $18k trailer i get sen... read more
