Highly don’t recommend. I purchased a 16ft big Tex dump trailer on June 15th 2026. After the purchase I used the dump bed one time. After that the pump went totally out. I understand sometimes you buy a bad egg right? So I tried to over look it and deal with the warranty. Since big tex has a good warranty on their trailers. Brought a used trailer from them 40ft gooseneck 15000$. Spindle was bent within 2 weeks I contacted them . They will not help refund or repair.
The only staff member that was in the office at 1 pm was complaining that his coworkers weren’t there due to drinking too much the night before, had a huge dog he couldn’t control and was forceful with him, couldn’t figure out how to put hitch on and looked at me and said “you got it from here” and walked off
