Brought a used trailer from them 40ft gooseneck 15000$. Spindle was bent within 2 weeks I contacted them . They will not help refund or repair.
The only staff member that was in the office at 1 pm was complaining that his coworkers weren’t there due to drinking too much the night before, had a huge dog he couldn’t control and was forceful with him, couldn’t figure out how to put hitch on and looked at me and said “you got it from here” and walked off
Stay away from this dealer. They showed up a hour late to open the dealer, had me waiting another 2 hours and tried to tell me I couldn’t buy the newer version of the trailer sitting beside the one they wanted to sell me. Bought a Big Tex 22GN from them, and was flagged down on the interstate when I left the dealer with it because the ramps fell off.
