HIGHLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!! I bought a 2025 east texas car hauler from them with the 1 year warranty it was new at the time i bought it. First time pulling something my rim comes flying off October 12, 2025. I called the next day and had asked them about it. They told me that they would send a guy out to me to fix it. I drove all the way from Atlanta because I trust Matt and Tony. I passed about 25 trailer places. But these guys earned my business every time.
I never thought I would give a review or a bad one in my life , 20,000 dollars trailer only to allow 300 to fix it or bring it back to Texas for repairs. Where repairs was expected 2,000.00 in my area. I wouldn’t do any business with trail maxx trailer ever again . Silver-line was there making there money off others and not no help at all . Other then being a middle man trying to get trailmaxxx to warranty everything unless you bought extended Warranty. A waste of time don’t look that way RUN the other way
