Unfortunately, I have had the same experience as the last person who left a review here: Dan has installed a cheap lock that has stopped working soooo many times, and each time he just keeps reinstalling more cheap locks. Now he is no longer responding to me at all, and all I can do is reach out to ACCC about this expensive $15k+ ordeal. He also damaged my newly built concrete wall and promised to fix it, but has never been back to do so. Buyer Beware::: Dan sold us a dodgy chinese automated lock (Approx $800). On day of install the lock was faulty. Over the next 10 months we had the same issue 3 times and had to chase Dan up as he does not respond We called, emailed and text for months with no reply. Finally after chasing Dan up we had him replace this lock for a standard mortise lock. Very happy with Dan and his team. Our front and return fence is exactly what we asked for and we are getting many compliments from the neighbours. Would highly recommend.
