We read the review and would like to use this company service. However, it was very difficult to contact with this company. After the visit to see what need to be done, we received the promise that quotation will be sent in next few days since early March. We had few calls and sms messages to follow up the promised quotation to be sent. Till now last week of April, we still do not receive any call, message or email on the promised quotation. Said they would come out but never turned up, no sms & no call, nothing. Unprefessional. Understand things come up and may not be able to attend as suggested, but make the call or send a msg to let the client know.
Rob and his team did an outstanding job. Removing our old tile roof and installing a new colourbond roof. They were professional and efficient. Rob is a very professional operator and very good at his job. Recently Silverleaf installed a new roof, gutters and fixtures onto 1 of my investment properties and it looks like a new house now.
