I just parked in the empty parking lot at this business at 8:00 am on a Monday. The owner came out as I was entering my car and told me I needed to park somewhere else. No good morning. Just “You need to park somewhere else.” His parking lot was an empty 10 car lot parallel to the local bakery. I didn’t mind moving my car and did so immediately. The gentleman I spoke with was very rude. All I asked him was when could I get proof of coverage after the interested party address was changed and he gave me attitude because he wasn't sure how long it would take. Just a very rude manner on the phone. It's not like I was asking him to turn water into wine. It was a simple address change then proof of coverage. Just rude.
Agreed, wouldn't even give a 1 star! Rudeness and uncaring led us to move insurance on 2 houses, 2 commercial buildings, workmans comp, 17 cars. Garner & Glover sure was happy to help us, excellent.
My husband called today and the individual who answered the phone was very rude and did not seem interested in quoting a policy for a rental property that we are under contract for. Please avoid this company for your own sake. I can't imagine what processing a claim with then would be like.
I wouldn't even give a star but google is forcing me to. Customer service is terrible. They hung up on me and did not bother to call back.
