I would give zero stars if possible. I was contacted on 09/26 because I live outside of their service area in Maryland. For some reason the website did not block the order from going through as it should have. A lovely female employee, whose name I don't recall, called to lease me know this so that I could make arrangements with a local florist to make sure I received the flowers for my grandmother's memorial in time.
