I LOVED living at Silver Leaf! I lived there from May 2023- April 2024. I only moved because the previous manager told me a few months before my renewal, that my rent was doubling!! I was a great tenant, however, I could not pay that amount. I recently found out the the manager that told me this, left a few months after I moved out. My brother and I moved here about 1 week ago, and we love it. The people here are really nice, and I have some of my church family members who live here also.
Local management and maimtence are good now. New since those last bad reviews. What I've needed has been pretty prompt. We ate being exterminated regularly. With the exception of stray dogs ....nice place to live.
CORPORATE DOESN'T LIKE TO ANSWER TO PEOPLE.. REGIONAL MANAGER BRITTANY WILL HANG UP ON YOU , REFUSED TO TALK WITH SENIORS, A LOT OF SENIORS ARE WAITING TO GET THINGS FIXED, WAITING PERIOD IS 8 MONTHS... MANAGEMENT IS WORTHLESS, HUD COMPLIANCE SHEET IS CHARGING OVER 30% OF RENT . APARTMENTS ARE PUT INTO A CATEGORY OF 30%, 80% and full market. Not all know what percent their apartment is. HUD KEEPS INCREASING RENT EVERY YEAR. MOST SENIORS HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEIR LEASE AGREEMENTS NOW FOR 8 MONTHS NOW SO....STILL WAITING TO SIGN... read more
