Always reliably good food. Can't comment on service or atmosphere, as I ordered for delivery.
My fave ramen in the Valley. Food is great but service sucks. I ordered for delivery today between (1130am-12:30pm). I got a missing item, (chicken karaage)which is the only food my kid eats from the order. Sauce came, no chicken. I called and the lady answered, if want to come pick it up or store credit, no apologoes whatsoever - a major fail in customer service.
I love the truffle ramen here!! Wish they had more seating options or at least a place to sit while waiting for a table. It is much too small of a location for the amount of business they get
I visited this place and was very happy with the experience ☺️ We came around 7:30PM on Wednesday and there was no wait at all. Our dishes were brought to us very quickly. The ramen was very delicious. The extra portion of noodles was so generous that we easily shared it between three people. The chicken karaage is pure love - even if you’re not in the mood for ramen, it’s worth coming here just for this dish. The sauce for chicken karaage is also very tasty. I always add the leftover sauce to my ramen.
I ordered the large crispy chicken , but they only gave me a small amount of sauce, which wasn’t enough for all those wings. The food itself is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken wasn’t the best, but it tasted good. The sauce was also good.
