The staff is pretty rude and mainly gossip behind the counter instead of waiting on people. During my last visit (seriously last ever visit) I watched for 15 mins as the male server flirted with all three of the female waitresses, much younger. Entertaining? Mildly. Efficiency? Not so much. Better Ramen 1/2 mile away on Fair Oaks.

It's a good chain with very good food. I like the Korea town store a bit more. They seem to put more attention to the food
