Silverlake Ramen is one of our favorite ramen spots. My husband and I always order the Truffle Ramen, and we absolutely love it. Honestly, it's the best ramen we've ever had. The broth is rich and flavorful, the ingredients are always fresh, and the truffle flavor is perfectly balanced without being overwhelming. The Service there never seems to really care. And for Take out always double check your order, even if they say its in there. Multi times they have forgotten things.
The food was absolutely amazing. Definitely coming back again, easily one of the best ramen spots in the valley. The shopping center which it was located in was also a very nice upscale spot.
