I finally tried Silverlake Ramen at the Porter Ranch Vineyards, and I enjoyed every moment of it. I’ve heard about Silverlake Ramen for years, so I was excited when they opened one so close to my house. I don’t remember the exact name of my order, but it was a chicken-based broth and I chose tofu as my protein (you can pick chicken, pork, or tofu). Seriously—YUM. This is a nice little spot located in new shopping mall "The Vineyards".The ramen with pork was delicious.The churros filled with carmel was Yummo! I will definitely be back. Go get your foodie on. 🍜 🙂
