Yeah so , my husband wanted to suprise me with ramen for our aniversary . And the to go bag was covered in grease and got grease all over my passenger car seat. So im highly disapointed .
Literally the best ramen place in Phoenix, my boyfriend and I come here at least once a month. Can't believe this only has a 4 star rating, because the ramen is sooo good and makes this place a 5/5. We love getting the combo and the gyoza is so delicious. Our favorite is the tonkotsu ramen, definitely recommend getting it with pork, which is so tender. I would say I wish they did have a smaller size for the ramen, since it is a large and generous portion.
Got sick after eating here , was so spicy the tuna roll - avocado didn't look fresh .... wouldn't go back really disappointed
I would absolutely give this place a zero stars if I could. We love the food, but the customer service is extremely lacking. I was in two days ago. I left the restaurant, not knowing that I was overcharged an item that I didn’t order. I noticed while driving home that we were overcharged. I called the facility and they said they couldn’t do anything about it until the manager was in and they wouldn’t allow a refund until the manager was there.
