The broth has deep umami flavor and the pork is the best we’ve had in El Paso so far. The truffle ramen is balanced between truffle flavor without overpowering the pork broth. The karaage chicken was perfectly executed and had a light batter but every level was perfectly seasoned. The pork belly bao was my favorite appetizer offering their perfectly seasoned and cooked pork.
Bomb bomb bomb!!
Walked in with my family for the first time & was rejected to be served because my 4 & 5 year olds were going to enjoy Mc Donald’s while we tried this place out. I mentioned they were kids & obviously weren’t going to eat anything off the menu. Crazy & ridiculous! I could understand a grown adult walking in with a whole meal from another place but this was for my toddlers! Won’t be coming back!
