Went to enjoy a meal with my mom, friend, and my toddler. I’m 6 weeks postpartum and I haven’t been able to eat spicy foods. Asked the server because I’ve never been to a ramen restaurant before and she showed me a new bowl that wasn’t on the menu (fire roasted corn and chicken bowl) and had no description of whether it was spicy or not on the flyer she showed me, then assured me it wasn’t spicy. when I ate it, it was covered in a siracha sauce and my toddler and I tasted it and had to spit it out, it wasn’t edible to us at ... read more
If I could leave a no stars I def would. Got overcharged for stuff and didn’t ask for a receipt when I noticed an outstanding charge in my account. Visited the store only to be met with the rude owner who threatened to call the cops on me for wanting to see the check to make sure I was charged right. Horrible place would NEVER recommend anyone go there!!!!!
When I first walk in Ask nicely to bring a drink from Starbucks for my daughter to drink I got denied by the waitress in a mean way. I order spicy soup medium it was too hot try to get my money back didn't allow it. Horrible service never again. Order a kids soup and two green teas and the spicy soup. Total was $34 I had too pay. Payed cash $18 Left the location. Treating the customer with horrible service. I always tip if the service is great. This time this place took it the horrible service too far...
Check your pickup orders before you leave. I ordered a Shoyu Ramen earlier this month. When I got home (a 15 min drive), I realized they gave me the Shoyu on Fire Ramen. I don't eat spicy foods and I wasn't interested in driving another 30 mins round trip to the restaurant, and waiting another 10 mins for them to get my food ready.
